This study discusses the role of Christian Religious Education (PAK) in the character development of ushers at JKI Higher Than Ever Church in Semarang. PAK is understood as a strategic tool that not only transfers theological knowledge but also shapes attitudes and behaviors rooted in Christian values. Using a qualitative descriptive-analytical method, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results show that PAK contributes significantly to improving theological understanding, spiritual discipline, and ethics of usher ministry. Challenges faced include the influence of secular culture and the need for ongoing development. These findings emphasize the importance of PAK in developing church ministers with integrity, compassion, and commitment to the call of faith, as well as having a positive impact on the congregation and church community.
