Abstract

Community Service (PKM) at GKI Purbalingga aims to increase the awareness and capacity of pastors in leading with integrity, while simultaneously encouraging the spiritual maturity of the congregation. The activities were carried out through seminars, workshops, and spiritual mentoring for four days involving pastors and congregations. The results of the activities showed an increase in the pastors' understanding of the importance of integrity as a foundation for Christian leadership, as well as a growing motivation of the congregation to grow in faith. Several limitations were found, such as the short time and differences in the level of understanding of the participants, but these did not reduce the positive impact of the activities. This PKM emphasized the importance of synergy between leadership with integrity and the spiritual maturity of the congregation in building a healthy and relevant church in the community.
