Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) program aims to improve the competence of Sunday School teachers in preparing children to become future adult congregants with Christ-like character. The activities were carried out through seminars, training, teaching simulations, and group discussions involving teachers and church administrators. The results of the activities showed an increase in the knowledge, pedagogical skills, and spirituality of teachers, which had a direct impact on the enthusiasm and spiritual growth of Sunday School children. Despite challenges, such as limited facilities and the influence of digital technology on children, this activity proved that systematic development can strengthen the role of teachers in faith education. With continuous follow-up, Sunday School teachers can be more effective in forming a young generation that is resilient, faithful, and has Christ-like character.
