This community service was conducted at the Cilacap Ceria Saturday Sunday School with the aim of strengthening the role of teachers in shaping the character of children aged 6–12 years. The activities were carried out through observation, teacher training, and interactive activities with children, including educational games, discussions, and learning simulations. The results of the activities showed an increase in teachers' understanding of the importance of role models, the use of creative methods, and effective classroom management. Children showed positive behavioral changes, such as increased discipline, responsibility, social awareness, and courage to appear in public. Positive responses also came from parents who felt the changes in their children at home. This activity emphasized that Sunday School teachers play a strategic role as agents of character formation in children, so they need support from ongoing training and coaching.
