This community service program aims to empower young people in the leadership of the GBI Babakan Asem Pagaden Subang church based on 1 Timothy 4:12. The activities are carried out through training, mentoring, and direct practice that emphasizes the role model of young people in words, behavior, love, faith, and holiness. The results of the activity show that young people experience increased awareness, skills, and leadership responsibilities. They are more actively involved in service, bravely leading prayers, worship, and social activities. Positive responses from the congregation and parents confirm the existence of constructive behavioral changes. This PKM concludes that young people are important church assets that must continue to be fostered through ongoing leadership development.
