Abstract

This community service aims to analyze the role of Sunday School teachers in character formation of children aged 6–12 years at the Cilacap Saturday Cheerful Sunday School. Activities were carried out through observation methods, interactive lectures, group discussions, and direct practice. The results show that Sunday School teachers play an important role in shaping children's behavior through role models, guidance, and the instilling of Christian values. Children experienced positive changes, including increased discipline, responsibility, love, and courage. Parents' responses also showed a real impact on family life. This service emphasizes the importance of collaboration between teachers, parents, and the church in supporting the sustainability of children's character development.
