Abstract

This Community Service program aims to improve the quality of leadership based on theological values to produce inspiring and responsible leaders. The program is implemented through seminars, discussions, workshops, and leadership simulations with an educational-participatory approach. The results of the activity show an increase in the participants' theological understanding, a change in leadership attitudes towards greater humility, and practical skills in managing conflict and communication. The positive response from the church and community confirms that theologically based leadership is capable of providing real transformation, not only for individuals but also for ministries and society. This program emphasizes that leaders rooted in God's word will be able to inspire, serve, and bring positive impacts in social life.
