This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve the competence of operators in managing technology and electronic media at the Tabernacle Family Church in Bandung. Through stages of observation, training, practice, and evaluation, operators gain technical understanding of audio systems, multimedia, and online broadcasts. The results of the activity show a significant increase in operator skills, which has an impact on improving the quality of worship services both offline and online. The main supporting factors are the full support of the church and the enthusiasm of the participants, while the main obstacles include limited time and a lack of technical SOPs. This program emphasizes the importance of strengthening operator capacity as a strategy to build adaptive, professional, and relevant church services in the digital era.
