Peran Penatalayanan yang Alkitabiah bagi Peningkatan Pelayanan di Sinar HGC Makassar

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of biblical stewardship in improving ministry at Sinar Holy Glory Church (HGC) Makassar, Tallo Congregation. The church as the body of Christ is called to carry out the duties of fellowship, witness, and serve based on the Word of God. Through a qualitative approach with interview, observation, and documentation methods, this study found that healthy stewardship is able to organize the direction of ministry, build the integrity of servants, and encourage active involvement of the congregation. The transformation of servants' lives is clear evidence that stewardship rooted in biblical principles can produce spiritual growth and character change. The results of the study confirm that stewardship is not only an organizational strategy, but a theological and practical means to realize the church's calling to bring the Kingdom of God to the world.
